Any Questions?

Your question isn't here? Just write to me. I'm happy to help.

What is a Fine Art Print?

Fine Art Prints are produced on archival-quality paper or canvas using high-quality pigment-based inks. This ensures longevity and resistance to fading. Posters, in contrast, are typically printed on standard paper or lightweight materials.

Which paper and canvas do I use?

I use premium Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308g paper for my prints, ideally suited to fine art prints. Its smooth surface and matte texture provide a luxurious look and feel. The paper is acid-free and archival, ensuring the colour brilliance and details of the prints are preserved for many years.

My canvas prints are printed on genuine artist canvas at Galerie Munk, my gallery partner in Bavaria, and sealed by hand with a protective coating. On request, they come stretched on a 2 cm wooden frame.

How are the prints made?

Paper and canvas prints are made with the same Canon printing system: my studio printer and its big brother at Galerie Munk use the same fully pigmented ink system with ten ink cartridges instead of the usual four – so both give the same colour result. This allows me to achieve high durability, vibrant colours, and deep blacks. These inks allow me to accurately reproduce even the finest colour nuances, details, and textures. The paper prints are UV-resistant and can last up to 60 years.

Where are the Prints produced?

Paper prints – I print on demand and produce in-house: Each print is made to order, saving resources and avoiding overproduction.

Canvas prints are made by Galerie Munk in Bavaria, also to order, finished by hand and shipped worldwide in custom-fit packaging. More about the printing process

How were the motifs created?

Once I finish an original artwork (which consists of several layers), I digitize it, edit the motif, and adjust it to the paper format.

The quality and my love for detail of the original artwork are preserved in every print.

How do I order a print without an online shop?

Simply send me an inquiry with the motif, format and number of copies. I'll reply with a written offer including the final price, shipping costs and delivery time. Nothing is binding until you confirm.

Can I get a motif in a different size?

Many of my original artworks can be enlarged without any issue, and I’m happy to help you find the perfect format. Just tell me the size you have in mind.

Can I return a print?

Yes. Prints in standard formats can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. All details are in the terms.
