What is a custom silhouette?
Some moments are so meaningful that they deserve more than a photo. From your photograph I paint the outline of the people you love – reduced to the essentials, so the shape of a hug, a belly or a tiny hand tells the story.
Around the silhouette, the background grows in many layers: acrylics, sand, collage and a final glaze of oil, in the sunrise colors you know from my paintings. The result is an original on canvas that captures not only how a moment looked, but how it felt. ✨

Every silhouette is an original made to order, so format and price depend on your wishes. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll send you a personal offer – no obligation.
Before I start, you'll receive a written offer with price, deposit and delivery time. As a commission is made to your specifications, there is no right of withdrawal – details in the terms.

Which photo do I need?
A photo where the outline of the people is clearly visible – side views and hugs work beautifully. If you're unsure, send me a few and I'll help you choose.
Can I give a silhouette as a gift?
Yes – it's the perfect unique gift. Tell me the date you need it by, and I'll let you know if it's possible.
What happens to my photos?
I only use them to paint your silhouette and delete them once the commission is complete. I'll only show the finished painting in my portfolio if you agree. More in the privacy policy.
