European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Goods)

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
This general right applies to the order of catalogs, books, and prints. It does not apply to a unique piece created by an artist (e.g., an original painting, watercolor, drawing or similar work).

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Workshops & Art Classes

Bookings for workshops and art classes are time-specific services. Therefore, the general 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once a class has taken place or is scheduled for a specific date.

  • You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled date.

  • If you cancel within 7 days of the event, the fee is non-refundable.

  • You may transfer your spot to another person at no additional cost—just email hi@kassandra.studio.

If we must cancel or postpone a class (e.g., illness or unforeseen circumstances), you may choose a full refund or reschedule.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
